We suggest that you wear something comfortable and loose fitting that is suitable for a good workout.

(You will get very hot and sweaty so we do suggest that you bring along a towel with you and most importantly bring yourself plent of fluids to drink. This will replace all the fluids you will loose during your class.)

A good pair of dance shoes is always a good investment also.

Each Zumba class lasts for 1 hour

No previous dance experience is required.

Anyone over the age of 16 years of age is welcome to attend.

Zumba fitness also offers a special class for children called ZumbaTomics.

This is suitable for children aged 5 years upwards.

I, also, hold a current certification for ZumbaTomics.

Yes you do need to book your class in advance.

This will guarantee your place due to high demand for the class at our studio in Wolverhampton.

However there is no need to pre book in advance at our Cannock venue. (Due to being a larger venue.)

At present you must pay for your classes in advance to confirm you place due to high demand.

This will avoid disappointment.
