WHAT IS ZUMBA?
A latin inspired dance fitness class that incoperates latin & international music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The class format combines fast & slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic / fitness way to achieve a unique blended balace of cardio and muscle toning benefits. The cardio based dance movements are easy to follow and target all those problem areas such as bums, legs, arms, abdominals & the most important muscle in the body the heart.
